How to make crab tofu is the most nutritious

   Crab tofu is a pure protein calorie food. It lacks low-calorie foods rich in vitamins such as vegetables and dietary fiber. Both crab yellow and tofu are protein foods. There may be only a pitiful green onion and ginger in the dish. If this is one of the dishes in the banquet, no problem, anyway, you can order some other dishes to achieve balance.

  If this is a home-cooked meal you make at home, and there are only one or two dishes in a meal, you need to fry another dark vegetable. If this is the only dish in a meal, some green vegetables such as canola, broccoli, Cantonese cabbage, or asparagus should be added to the dish. Although it is not authentic enough, it will be more nutritious.

In fact, I personally feel that if I make a crab tofu at home, I can also put some straw mushrooms or fresh diced mushrooms, which has better taste and nutrition.

  My crab powder simmered tofu with mushrooms:

   Raw materials: 250 grams of southern tofu, 50 grams of crab powder, 3 pieces of fresh mushrooms, 12 small rape hearts, and 5 grams of ginger.

  Seasoning: 2 teaspoons of salt (half in the dish), 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  Note:

  ① I don’t like cooking wine at home, I think that using fresh wine for cooking ingredients, even the top grade Huadiao will defeat the natural taste of the food!

< p>  ② There are already delicious crab powder, crab soup and aromatherapy in this dish, so don’t add MSG or chicken powder to add snakes.

  Practice:

  One: Preparation:

  1. South tofu cut into 1.5 cm square small Ding, put in Heat in a cold water pot and blanched, put 1 teaspoon of salt in the water;

   2. The blanched tofu is soaked in the cold water basin immediately. This kind of tofu is not only not easy to break, but also gluten.

  3. Fresh live crabs are cleaned and steamed, then the crab meat and crab yellow are removed, and spared;

  4. The crab shells and claws are removed to remove the offal and ginger silk soup is set aside.

  5. After washing the fresh shiitake mushrooms, cut them into tofu-sized dices. The rapeseed heart is trimmed with a knife to form a rounded rapeseed head.

   6. Peel the fresh ginger and cut it into small diamond-shaped pieces. Boil the rape head and boil it with a few drops of oil.

  Second: cooking food:

   1. Put oil in the pot, stir the ginger slices, turn down the fire and continue to add mushrooms and simmering incense.

   2. Use a strainer to pour the cooked crab shell soup into the pot. Open the tofu on medium heat and sprinkle with pepper powder.

   3. After boiling the tofu, add the crab powder, simmer slowly for 10 minutes, wait until the fresh fragrance of the crab powder is completely added to the tofu.

  4. Put the other half of salt before cooking, and it will be cooked and flavored.

  5. When the soup has 20% left, use starch to thicken the juice and pour a little sesame oil. If you are paranoid about the food, you can finish with salted egg yolk oil.

   6. Find a deep dish, put the boiled rape head into a round shape, and slowly slide the crab powder tofu into the dish.

  Tips: The temperature of food is high, and the elderly and children need to pay strict attention.

  The crab flavored tofu just made was tempting, but there was a problem, that is, the temperature was too high, and the more annoying thing is that hot tofu and Guilin rice noodles have the same safety issues-look no It''s hot, but it''s still hot. As the saying goes, you can''t eat hot tofu because it''s enough to burn the mouth and esophagus, and even the gastric mucosa. Frequent eating of hot food is also a cause of oral cancer, esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.

   For the elderly and children, in addition to paying attention to the temperature of the food, it is not appropriate to eat cold and hot food, there is the problem of accidental inhalation. When the hot tofu is eaten into the mouth, there are generally two options, either spit it out immediately, or swallow it painfully in the neck. But for the elderly and children, there may be a third result, which is to choke into the trachea in a hurry, causing aspiration pneumonia and even suffocation.
