If a friend in the north tries it at home, he can find a clean stainless steel basin and wipe the oil in the basin. Spoon a spoonful of rice noodles into the basin. The basin floats in the boiling water pot and rotates quickly by hand, so that the rice flour slurry is evenly hung on the surrounding basin wall under the action of centrifugal force until it is cooked and removed. (The method of making cold skin in the north can also be used here)

   3. Immediately, the stuffing of fresh shrimp and other fillings is placed on the intestinal flour skin. .

  4. After washing the Cantonese cabbage, add seasoning and blanch until chopped. Put the steamed sausage powder on the edge of the pan and continue to steam for five minutes.

   5. After taking out, drizzle braised pork ribs juice around the intestine powder. (The ribs juice needs to be filtered with grate)

  The reason why Guangdong intestine powder is favored by me is not only because of its good quality and cheap price, but also because of its reasonable nutritional mix, low temperature cooking, not only for the tongue Gourmet food, and meet the needs of fashion and health, I do not know how many times healthier than those Western fried fast food!
