How to make dumplings more nutritious

If you work overtime for supper in the evening, you can eat hot dumplings as supper, so you can avoid cold dumplings being indigestible, and you can avoid eating too much meat and affecting sleep. Moreover, since the dumplings are the staple food, the amount of food to eat should also be reliable. If you let go of the stomach because you love to eat, then you are ultimately uncomfortable.
