BY Paula Lowell 2018-08-10

This is a problem that plagues many women. There are many ways to combine primary cancer in multiple parts of the female reproductive tract. Ovarian cancer combined with endometrial cancer is the most common. Ovarian and other female reproductive organ cancers combined with breast cancer are also a more common combination. Primary cancers in multiple parts of the female reproductive tract have attracted more and more scholars'' attention. Originoo_39036_57954459_l.jpg

With the advancement of medical science, the theory of multiple organ canceration has been accepted by people, and the discovery and reports of multiple primary carcinoma (MPC) are increasing. As early as 1932, Warren and Gafe discovered this phenomenon and proposed diagnostic criteria: ①Each tumor must have clear malignant characteristics; ②Each tumor must be separated from each other; ③Metastasis or recurrence from other tumors must be excluded Possibility. In 1975, Deligdisch suggested that female reproductive tract MPC occurred within 1 year, which was called "simultaneous"; if it occurred longer than 1 year later, it was called "alternating sex". In recent years, there have been many reports of "synchronous" MPC.
It is usually better to perform radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgical treatment, but because of the large side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it will cause great harm to the body, which can be combined with the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Symptomatic treatment will also have very good results.
Therefore, the primary cancer can be cured, only regular medical examination, early detection, timely cure and timely follow-up.
